Which RYA Powerboat course is right for me?

As an RYA Advanced Powerboat centre, we offer the whole range of Powerboat courses. We have a course to suit everyone from complete beginner up to seasoned boater who is looking to undertake their RYA MCA Advanced Powerboat exam.

The RYA have a minimum requirement for some of the more advanced courses.

Lots of our students are looking to hire a boat on holiday, for which you require an ICC (International Certificate of Competence).  On completion of the RYA Powerboat level 2 course this can be applied for and as part of our Powerboat level 2 courses we include a free ICC assessment.  We have this two day course running every day of the week apart from Wednesday, but for groups of two people or more we can put a course on for you.

For students that have been boating for a while and are looking to go a little further afield then the RYA Intermediate Powerboat course is the next progression followed by the pinnacle of the RYA Powerboat scheme, the RYA Advanced Powerboat course.
